Did you know that you can book any SM Paw Park for your pet’s birthday as a Super Pets Club member? Or that every member gets a welcome gift? 

Our loyalty program is part of SM’s initiative to create the most pet-friendly experience for every mallgoer. Check out these program perks to make sure you’re making the most out of your membership!  

1. Access to Paw Parks nationwide! 

As of today, there are over 50 Paw Parks in SM Malls across the country. As a Super Pets Club member, you get access to each one of them! 

2. Reserve the Paw Park for your dog’s birthday for free

Members can reserve the Paw Park at any SM Mall for an entire hour to celebrate their pet’s special day. We can’t think of a better venue for a birthday pawty! 

To reserve, simply go to the website’s “About” section, click “Paw Park Branches” and directly contact the Branch you want to use for your pawty!

3. Claim special rewards and discounts 

On top of the Paw Parks perks, Super Pet Clubs members can claim discounts from your favorite stores, like Pet Express and Ace Hardware using e-vouchers via SM Deals. 

4. Go to exclusive events and contests! 

Have you signed up for our latest costume contest or dropped by the Pawchella pawty? Super Pet Club members are the first to know about the biggest pet-friendly celebrations! There is a lot more in store as we celebrate summer time at SM.

When signing up for the loyalty program, the first step is registering your pet and creating a pet ID. We ask details about your pet’s latest vaccine to help our malls ensure everyone has the safest possible experience. Our site also sends reminders when your pet is due for their annual shot.
